About the Role This position supports the financial performance analysis and reporting functions of the RHBIB Group. The role plays a key part in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to senior management, the Board, and external stakeholders. What You Will Be Doing Assist in analysing the financial performance of the RHBIB Group for senior management, Board committees, and external financial statement users. Support and coordinate the Group’s budgeting and forecasting processes. Prepare performance analysis materials for periodic reporting to Senior Management and the Board, including: IBBC and GMC reports Board reports Departmental financial statements Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting cycle, including: Scheduling and managing meetings Tracking deliverables and progress Handling budget top-ups and reallocations Oversee all financial reporting requirements for selected RHBIB Group subsidiaries Support any ad‑hoc tasks or requests from superiors What We’re Looking For Professional qualification or a degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related fields Pleasant personality with strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong team player who collaborates effectively with others What we offer At RHB Banking Group, we foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that empowers employees to reach their full potential.
