Company Description Assists senior management by analyzing data and producing meaningful reports to support business decisions. Analyzes processes for efficiency improvement, and automates processes using existing technology. Works closely with team members and senior management regarding system enhancements, data collection, analysis, and reporting, while providing technical support to field staff, primarily by phone and/or email. Job Description Monitor database used to track placements Produce monthly reports analyzing placements from the various sites as compared to contract requirements Produce monthly reports analyzing retention milestones reported for each site Produce quarterly report of findings and maintain corrective action log Develop Procedures manual for tracking placements Other duties as assigned Qualifications At least 3 years’ experience analyzing data and producing reports Experience conducting trainings on policies and procedures Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information Exceptional verbal and written communications skills Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint user Bachelor’s degree required. Extensive standing, sitting, computer, phone, and deskwork required; some kneeling and lifting of up to 50 pounds required; work primarily in a defined office environment with specified hours, although flexible hours including overtime may be required; interacts one on one and in groups with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds.
