Responsibilities:
As a Performance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and performance across our Metering Operations team. Your work will help shape strategy, optimise processes, and improve customer engagement.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Driving Improvement – Evaluate processes, identify opportunities for optimisation, and support investment cases for new initiatives and projects.
- Data Analysis & Insights – Work with large datasets, extracting meaningful insights and presenting clear, actionable conclusions.
- Process Optimisation – Recommend and implement improvements through re-engineering, standardisation, outsourcing, automation, or systemisation.
- Influencing & Engagement – Gain buy-in from senior leaders, customers, and regulators to drive performance improvement initiatives.
- Enhancing Communication – Continuously refine messaging and materials to improve engagement and boost appointment volumes.
- Collaboration & Best Practice – Support and mentor fellow Analysts and Process Experts, ensuring best practices are embedded across the team.
