Responsibilities
  • Work with staff to ensure customer flow, service delivery and data management are efficient and effective
  • Perform detailed data analysis of center operations
  • Act as the liaison between the program and EDSI administrative staff on issues concerning billing and performance numbers
  • Develop, implement, and oversee the maintenance of filing, record keeping, distribution of materials, and other types of office/program systems
  • Evaluate and standardize office procedures and effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Respond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues related to billing and performance tracking
  • Provide regular status reports and other requested data for the Manager and EDSI administrative staff
  • Ensure data entered on the required systems is current, accurate, and timely
  • Retrieve and organize critical operations reports
  • Present data and reports to leadership in a clear and effective manner, using graphs, tables and other such methods
  • Create customer lists to support teams in focusing their efforts
  • Determine where improvements can be made to center operations, based on analysis
  • Assist with staffing logistics
  • Implement and adhere to the Quality Assurance System
  • Provide research and support for critical team decisions
  • Track, report, and ensure compliance with procedures regarding ISO auditing
