• DATA ANALYSIS & INSIGHTS: Collect, interpret, and present complex data sets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support operational excellence.
• PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT: Develop and maintain analytical frameworks and KPIs to monitor and improve field operations performance.
• STRATEGIC COLLABORATION: Partner with leadership to inform strategic planning, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• AI & AUTOMATION LEADERSHIP: Spearhead AI transformation projects, including machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation to streamline operations and elevate decision-making.
• VISUALIZATION & REPORTING: Create compelling dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to communicate insights effectively across teams.
