Our company was built upon a solid foundation of 10 Values and Beliefs which drive our unmatched culture, making us the #1 global, serviced-based systems integrator in the industry.  We take great pride in protecting the lives and assets of our customers and their communities with the solutions we provide What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience” * Data Analysis & Insights:  Collect, interpret, and present complex data sets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support operational excellence. * Performance Measurement:  Develop and maintain analytical frameworks and KPIs to monitor and improve field operations performance. * Strategic Collaboration:  Partner with leadership to inform strategic planning, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. * AI & Automation Leadership:  Spearhead AI transformation projects, including machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation to streamline operations and elevate decision-making. * Visualization & Reporting:  Create compelling dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to communicate insights effectively across teams.  What You’ll Need * Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in performance analysis, preferably in field operations or industrial sectors. * Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), statistical analysis, and business intelligence platforms. * Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including machine learning and automation tools. * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
