We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Performance Analytics lead to join our Operations Team. As a strategic leader within the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our operational intelligence and performance insights. Beyond standard analytical functions, this role operates with a broader perspective. You’ll be expected to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence decision-makers, and mentor team members while delivering clear, actionable insights that shape strategic direction.
The Operations Analytics Team functions as the central hub for data-driven decision-making across operations performance. The role supports stakeholders across multiple verticals, drives automations, and provides insights that are critical to upper management and leadership.
What you’ll be doing
Strategic Analysis & Insight Development: Lead complex, high-impact analyses using Looker, Python, and advanced Excel to uncover operational opportunities and efficiencies.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and mentor analysts, fostering a high-performance culture through skill development, feedback, and support.
Data Translation & Communication: Translate complex data into accessible insights, tailored for diverse audiences including non-technical stakeholders, executive leadership, and global partners.
Executive Engagement: Regularly engage with leadership, presenting insights and recommendations that drive strategic planning and execution.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong internal and external networks across markets to share best practices, standardize reporting frameworks, and promote data-driven cultures.
Process Optimization: Champion and implement process automation to improve operational efficiency and reporting scalability.
Presentation & Reporting: Deliver visually compelling presentations and dashboards, clearly communicating findings and business implications.
