Roadstone Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Analyst to join our Performance team. This key role will support the delivery of performance improvement across all locations through analysis, collaboration, and strategic initiative.

Responsibilities

THE CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creation and analysis of key operating and performance metrics, such as fuel, energy KPI’s.
  • Management of performance targets and improvement plans.
  • Support local management in addressing performance gaps.
  • Drive a culture of performance improvement across all locations.
  • Development of ‘Best in Practice’ initiatives.
  • Support total quality management proposals as part of the performance team.
  • Cross functional support to deliver savings in key areas of the business.
  • Management of the Materials Performance System (MAPS).
  • Delivery of a whole company performance system.
