About You
The Performance Analyst will report to the Manager Performance Optimisation (MPO) and perform a diverse range of duties surrounding program operations including assessing workload requirements by team/district, adjusting to data management changes in the NDIS, providing expertise and support, monitoring outputs and outcomes, and developing ways to assist frontline and support staff in the LAC program. The role is responsible for supporting the LAC team to meet contractual performance standards and will provide timely data to Team Leaders and LACs to inform of areas to improve and achieve continuous data improvement across the program.The
The Performance Analyst will also work closely with Performance Support Officers to share and discuss team performance and improvement strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Support and implement strategies which will drive results in performance across the LAC program.
  • Develop and assist in the implementation of process upgrades in the LAC program.
  • Work in conjunction with Manager of Performance Optimisation, Performance Support Officers and other support staff to discuss LAC performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage and track relevant data and information to support leaders and front-line staff to achieve or exceed benchmarks for Key Performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Use performance results to identify areas for improvement, highlight trends, educate LAC program staff and create efficiencies.

Essential Criteria

  • Tertiary qualifications in data analysis, community services, business or other related qualifications.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying data improvements and developing tools and analysis.
  • Strong experience in developing and delivering high quality work in the NFP sector, in particular the disability sector.
  • Experience in developing and evaluating data and procedure resources.
  • Experience in providing quality data to tell a story to staff or peers.
  • Understanding or experience of the NDIS LAC program contractual Quality and KPI requirements would be an advantage.
