ABOUT THE ROLE
UNSW Planning and Performance (UPP) provides strategic analytical support to senior university leaders, focusing on business intelligence, forecasting, and performance analysis built on robust, reliable data. As a trusted source, UPP delivers insights that guide major initiatives and continuous improvement.
The Performance Analyst contributes to this mission by delivering complex data analysis, modelling, and projections to inform key decisions. The role supports university-wide education, research, finance, workforce, and strategy — and works collaboratively with other analysts to ensure consistent, systemised processes and modelling across the institution.
This role builds strong relationships with faculties and divisions to ensure timely, high-quality support and reports to the Manager, Strategic Performance. It has no direct reports.
