Job Description The Performance & Analytics Manager plays a key role in leading Homzmart’s data-driven performance management and forecasting initiatives. The role oversees the full analytics lifecycle — from data strategy and KPI alignment to predictive modeling and performance optimization — ensuring that every decision across the business is backed by accurate, actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Data Strategy & Governance Own and continuously enhance Homzmart’s analytics framework, ensuring a single source of truth for all business KPIs. Define, document, and standardize metric definitions across commercial, marketing, and operations functions. Drive the integrity and consistency of all data sources and dashboards used for business reviews and decision-making. Business Performance Analytics Partner with senior leadership to monitor and analyze company performance across GMV, Items, AOV, and operational efficiency. Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting packs with actionable insights and trend analysis. Conduct post-campaign, regional, and category performance reviews to identify growth opportunities and operational gaps. Translate analytical findings into clear business narratives to support strategic planning. Forecasting & Predictive Modeling Lead the development of Homzmart’s forecasting models to project GMV, item sales, and marketing-driven outcomes. Build machine learning models integrating seasonality, pricing, discounting, and external market factors such as currency and inflation. Develop scenario-based forecasting tools to simulate business performance under different budget or campaign settings. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product, sales, and technology teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Communicate performance insights and recommendations effectively to all relevant stakeholders. Build and maintain analytics frameworks that monitor production performance, warehouse capacity, and SLA achievement. Deliver actionable insights to improve operational planning, reduce bottlenecks, and optimize fulfillment efficiency. Automation & Tooling Automate recurring reports and streamline manual workflows using Python, SQL, and BI tools. Ensure that all analytics outputs are scalable, well-documented, and aligned with Homzmart’s data standards. Leadership & Stakeholder Enablement Mentor junior analysts and upskill cross-functional teams on data literacy and analytical best practices. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on data priorities and performance goals. Foster a proactive, insight-driven culture across the organization. Key Achievements in Role Built Homzmart’s machine learning forecasting engine for GMV and SKU-level projections. Unified KPI definitions and automated performance dashboards across commercial and marketing teams. Introduced new analytical frameworks for production, fulfillment, and campaign evaluation. Supported strategic planning with predictive insights linking business targets to marketing and operational outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Performance Management, preferably in e-commerce or digital business. Strong command of: SQL (data modeling, query optimization) Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSight, Google Looker Studio, or similar) Excel / Google Sheets (analytical modeling and automation) Solid business understanding of e-commerce KPIs, growth levers, and performance tracking. Excellent communication and data storytelling skills. Proven track record of driving significant improvements in marketing performance and ROI. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Adjust). Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information Preferred Skills Advanced Python proficiency for data modeling, feature engineering, and automation (Pandas, Polars, Streamlit, ML frameworks) Experience with predictive modeling and demand forecasting using machine learning.
