Description

Duties & Responsibilities
Process and resolve queries in relation to all claims and monitoring activity and ensure all associated legal documentation and funding agreements are managed efficiently and effectively.
Contribute towards Performance and Assurance services proactively and effectively for internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute towards monitoring and evaluation activity for programmes and projects across TVCA Investment Plan activities including the development of Monitoring and Evaluation Plans working with departmental teams and establishing the required support to implement these plans throughout the full lifecycle of schemes.
Deliver the financial and output monitoring of the projects/ programmes in delivery including input to TVCA Group performance reports. Identify any underperformance and make recommendations to the Performance and Assurance Coordinator regarding remedial actions, bringing forward projects, delaying projects and any other associated actions.
Assist in the development of performance reports for various governance groups and submission to Government including collation and analysis of all required information to support these reports whilst tracking performance against targets and identifying any delivery risks.
Undertake any other duties that may be deemed reasonable and necessary to meet the duties and responsibilities of the post and undertake any training that is identified as being required to achieve this.
To take reasonable care of your own Health and Safety and co-operate with management, so far as is necessary, to enable compliance with the health and safety rules and legislative requirements.
Work flexibly and undertake such other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the grading and nature of the post.

- Has operational responsibility and accountability to (Senior) Manager for their delegated areas of responsibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £33,366.00-£36,124.00 per year
