Key responsibilities Schedule the workforce in line with clients forecast in relevant database by ensuring they have the relevant compliance documents. Analyse historical data, business trends, and operational requirements to develop accurate workforce demand forecasts. Assess the current SSL contract and technicians' skills, and capabilities. Identify gaps between current and future requirements and develop strategies to bridge those gaps. On board new technicians and recommend sourcing strategies and retain top sub-contractors. Collect and analyse workforce data, metrics, and trends to generate insights and support decision-making. Monitor workforce performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders working closely with cross-functional teams Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, performance metrics, and reporting processes. Implement best practices and leverage advanced analytical tools and technologies to enhance forecasting and performance analysis capabilities.
