Description

* Develop, maintain and update KPI dashboards using power bi or equivalent tools. * Prepare periodic performance reports (Monthly, quarterly, annual) * Monitor actual performance against targets and highlight variances with root cause analysis * Support the design and documentation of KPI calculation methodology * Collaborate with department heads to collect accurate and timely performance data * Contribute the development of yearly strategic goals and objective. * Ensure data integrity across all reporting system * Maintain data base system for cluster operational data.
