Responsibilities

The Performance and Reward Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic outcomes within the Performance and Reward function. The position focuses on achieving key milestones and driving efficiency in processes related to the delivery of key performance, remuneration and benefits moments across an annual cycle. In this role, you will be responsible for driving AI adoption and implementation throughout the reward lifecycle and technology uplift.

  • Enhancing delivery of Performance & Reward systems by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions
  • Utilizing Power BI for data visualization and reporting to provide actionable insights for the P&C team
  • Implementing automation strategies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in People & Culture operations
