Qatar Airways is seeking experienced professionals for the role of Performance Assurance & Delivery Monitoring Manager based at Combined Delivery Center (CDC) in Ahmedabad, India. The Performance Assurance & Delivery Monitoring Manager is responsible for driving consistent and uniform Performance Management reporting across all Service Lives. This role is also responsible for developing and design the underlying data structures to enable automated performance reporting across all services line within Finance Shared Services. They will develop the data structures and insightful performance reporting to analyze past performance and drive improvement actions. Review current process and Identify future state digital technology solutions for process mining development. Responsibilities: Develop uniform and consistent standardized performance management reporting system Drive process insight and analyze time, cost and quality to track internal performance trends and external trends Work closely with Transformation team to develop plans to improve performance based on data driven approach Develop automated data structures in co-ordination with service line teams to enable operational transparency within shared services (including but not limited to performance reporting, KPI’s, CPI’s, volumetrics) Bring expertise in application of core reporting platforms to automate performance reporting and development of automated performance reports and executive dashboard(s) for all service lines using either Power BI or Tableau to develop operational transparency and improve reporting accuracy and productivity. Work independently and as part of a team to design, develop, test and implement dashboard reports. Together, everything is possible Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree with Minimum 5 years of job - related experience Previous Experience in Performance Management and reporting is a must Experience in working in Shared Services/GBS or BPO environment Experience of developing data structures, designing automated data feeds for data structure development Experience with all phases of the reporting lifecycle: ability to manage overall process from logging business requests through to their delivery into production including specification, prioritization, development and quality control. Experience in managing and co-ordinate data structure and report releases from development, testing and deployment to production. Experience in developing dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
