Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Attribution Technical Specialist to join our Rail and Transit Systems team in Auburn- NSW. This is a specialist role designed to deliver the provision of technical and functional subject matter expertise for the operation, support and development of the fleet and reliability performance. The successful candidate will analyse train systems data & business systems data to collate root causes and contributing factors to fleet operational delays & penalties. You will provide investigation and analysis reports for incident attribution and continuous improvement of fleet performance. You will be required to liaise with a range of internal stakeholders and representatives of the clients.   Ideally, you will have the following experience:   * A Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification, or a relevant trade background  * Hands‑on experience with complex electrical and mechanical systems, diagnostic tools and reliability programs  * Experience within rolling stock, asset management or heavy maintenance industries (rail experience is an advantage)  * Proven ability to engage with customers on fleet reliability and performance matters  * Knowledge of engineering change, configuration management and reliability improvement processes  * Experience with quality assurance and structured troubleshooting approaches  * Strong investigation skills to analyse defects, incidents and reliability issues  * Ability to produce clear reliability reports and recommend performance improvement strategies  * Experience supporting risk management plans to protect fleet availability and long‑term sustainability   What we offer:   * Competitive pay package that recognises your experience  * Ongoing development and genuine career progression opportunities  * A workplace committed to Zero Harm, putting safety at the heart of everything we do   Ready to make an impact?
