Description

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by scheduling timely and efficient service appointments and addressing customer concerns promptly. You will provide a personalized and professional customer experience, ensuring all needs and requirements are met, while scheduling services based on workshop slot availability and keeping customers updated on job progress. You will also perform up-selling and cross-selling of relevant aftersales products based on customer needs, and conduct post-service follow-ups along with customer satisfaction surveys to measure satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, proactively engaging them after service, and coordinating with all necessary internal and external parties are key parts of the job. You must ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures, and policies are followed at all times, provide regular and required progress reports, and maintain the company’s EHSQ policy and procedures to continually improve the safety culture. All other job-related duties may also be assigned. We at EK Kanoo are looking for a Performance Automotive Service Consultant. You will have a High School/Secondary school certificate along with 1–2 years of experience (or a combination of experience and education). Deliver results through customer-focused service, scheduling accuracy, and consistent follow-up to ensure an exceptional aftersales experience.
