Flexible working arrangements Responsibilities of the role: Day to day business management – Lead and supervise the delivery of best in class solutions of biddable and activations that can be rolled out to different markets and platforms, including MENA, APAC, LATAM, etc. Biddable Excellence Understand the client’s objectives and recommend strategic biddable plans basis the brand’s needs. Lead biddable operations, effectively manage & optimize campaigns budgets, targets, bid strategies to achieve the KPI by team management. Network Management – Build and maintain strong relationship with client, and different stakeholders across the region and globe. Team Development: Share regular updates on new products or positive campaign results with larger team so that other markets can also adopt the learnings. What you will need: 10 years+ of across Biddable platforms experience, 4 years+ of team management. Strategic mindset with strong executional abilities. Strong project management and multi-task handling capability Experience in running high-volume campaigns across Google, Meta, Twitter, Tiktok is a must to have. Up-to-date knowledge of best-in-class practices in digital marketing. Excellent communication skills and teamwork, to liaise with different market teams. Language proficiency in English is a must to have.
