As a fractional Performance Care Coach, you will be invited to take on coaching engagements on an as-needed basis as client needs arise and deliver comprehensive mental health, wellbeing, and performance support to employees at our client organisations. This fractional contract position focuses on providing both proactive coaching services to help employees better manage their psychological wellbeing while balancing performance in the work environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one proactive Performance Care Coaching sessions designed to normalise looking after mental health support and encourage preventative self-care practices to sustainably feel and perform better Provide on-demand coaching support to employees experiencing workplace stress or psychological challenges Help clients develop practical strategies for managing their psychological load in demanding work environments Maintain professional standards of care while working with diverse employee populations across multiple client organisations Essential Requirements Experience: Minimum 50 hours of coaching sessions completed within the past 12 months Demonstrated experience coaching across at least 3 different industries (e.g., business/finance, energy, healthcare) and ideally across a broad range of functional areas and hierarchical levels (e.g. front line staff, executives, middle managers). Customer satisfaction rating of 4+ stars (out of 5) from coaching sessions within the past 12 months Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in a related field such as Psychology, Health Sciences, or Professional Supervision Current professional registration/membership where applicable What We Offer Flexible contract arrangements Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on workplace mental health Support for diverse client base across multiple industries This role is ideal for experienced coaches passionate about workplace wellbeing and preventative mental health support.
