YUN Migration & Education Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled, creative and hands-on Video Producer to join our team in Southport.
You will work closely with our team to turn professional ideas and subject matter into well-produced video content, from initial concept and planning through to filming, post-production and final delivery. Our productions include recurring professional and educational video series, presenter-led content, interviews, multi-person discussions, special projects, events and location-based productions across Australia.
This role combines hands-on production with overall production coordination. You will help shape recurring video formats, coordinate the resources and workflow required to produce them, guide post-production, and ensure each production is delivered to the intended creative and technical standard.
• Develop and interpret video concepts, scripts and production briefs and determine suitable creative and technical approaches for each production.
• Collaborate with the Director and subject-matter experts to develop and maintain recurring professional and presenter-led video series, including production formats, episode structures, visual styles and filming workflows.
• Translate professional subject matter and production briefs into engaging and visually effective video productions.
• Plan and coordinate video productions, including schedules, locations, budgets, equipment, external contributors and other resources required for each project.
• Produce presenter-led videos, interviews, multi-person discussions, special projects, event-based content and other short-form and long-form video productions.
• Develop and produce location-based video content incorporating Australian settings, experiences and local perspectives into engaging video formats.
• Coordinate and oversee the production process, including the creative and technical requirements of filming, and provide production direction to presenters, video editors and other contributors.
• Guide the post-production process by providing editing briefs and feedback, reviewing rough cuts, overseeing revisions and ensuring completed productions meet the intended creative, technical and quality standards.
• Undertake video editing and post-production where required while coordinating the broader post-production workflow through to final delivery.
• Manage video production projects from initial concept through to final delivery, resolving production issues and ensuring agreed schedules, production requirements and quality standards are met.
• Appear on camera and present or co-present selected video productions where required.
