CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Performance Coordinator, you will be the leader of the tour team, responsible for managing, supervising, and coordinating all aspects of local tours. Your proactive approach and strong leadership will guarantee smooth operations, high-quality service, and customer satisfaction, driving business success across the Boston port.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of local tour operations in Boston, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Manage and coordinate tour guides and staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure timely availability and punctuality of all personnel before each operation.
  • Maintain operational standards by inspecting work sites, managing logistics, and ensuring safety compliance.
  • Monitor and address any risks or incidents, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Facilitate clear communication with cruise coordinators, guides, and staff regarding confirmations, changes, or cancellations.
  • Oversee the accurate completion of required documentation such as Shorex forms, surveys, and incident reports.
  • Analyze guest feedback and daily reports to support continuous improvement of tours.
  • Provide direct support as a tour guide when necessary.
