Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You’ll sit at the intersection of performance marketing and brand, working closely with our growth team to drive acquisition through high quality creative at a rapid pace.
Your primary focus will be on Facebook, expanding into Instagram, LinkedIn and other channels as we scale. From concept to iteration, you’ll test, learn, and build a creative system that delivers compound growth.
Mission: supercharge our direct-to-clinician growth through standout advertising creative that converts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop, test, and scale performance ad creative across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and more
  • Build creative briefs informed by data, clinician insight, and platform best practice
  • Lead ideation for hooks, formats, copy, visuals, and motion — across still, video, and UGC
  • Run structured creative testing loops in partnership with media buyer
  • Collaborate with design and studio team to translate insights from top-performing assets into scalable templates and systems
  • Maintain a clear feedback loop between performance data and creative development
  • Connect with design, brand and copy to keep creative on-message and on-brand
