This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Underwriting Data team as we continue to evolve how we use data to drive decisions, improve performance, and shape strategy across the business.
Sitting at the heart of our insight function, this role plays a key part in transforming complex datasets into trusted, business-ready resources that our colleagues across Underwriting & Pricing – and the wider organisation – can rely on to make informed, data-led decisions. You’ll be helping to structure and connect the dots between data sources, bringing together a clearer picture of what’s happening across our books of business, service teams, and customer outcomes.
The team works collaboratively across NFU Mutual, combining deep underwriting knowledge with smart use of data. From BAU reporting to strategic analysis and new data-led initiatives, no two days are the same. Whether it’s supporting senior stakeholders with performance insight, helping underwriters grow their data confidence, or contributing to key strategic projects, this role has real breadth.
