The Performance Excellence Specialist is responsible for leveraging data analytics in combination with operational expertise to identify operational performance gaps and opportunities for improvement in their assigned markets and across the enterprise. This role partners with field leaders to help develop actionable strategies that drive operational excellence and support a culture of continuous improvement. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyzes operational and performance data to identify trends, gaps, root causes and opportunities for targeted intervention. Develops dashboards, reports and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Collaborates with field leaders to define KPI targets and monitor progress toward strategic goals. Facilitates data-driven performance insights meetings and improvement initiatives, which are tied to strategic goals. Provides recommendations for corrective action plans which involve leaders in root cause analysis and solution design and then continue to support their implementation. Maintains a mastery level knowledge of ChenMed’s Center and Leader Playbooks to answer any questions or provide any training for field leaders or staff regarding operational processes, as well as performance excellence reporting, tools, or training. s standards, guidelines and best practices from the Center and Leader Playbooks to centers and field leaders. Works collaboratively with other COEs and field leaders to drive successful completion of tactical and strategic initiatives. Prepares and delivers weekly, monthly and quarterly performance management insights and presentations to field and executive level leadership. Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.
