Accountabilities & Key Roles: • Develop and execute comprehensive performance and growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. • Lead a team to implement data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels, optimizing for ROI and engagement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, IT, and Customer Service to align marketing strategies with broader organizational goals. • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to determine effectiveness of campaigns and make necessary adjustments. • Manage budgets and forecasts related to performance marketing and growth initiatives. • Drive innovation in marketing tactics leveraging the latest trends in digital marketing and growth hacking. • Conduct market and competitor research continuously to identify new growth opportunities. • Implement and refine SEO/SEM strategies to improve search rankings and increase traffic to online properties. • Utilize CRM tools and analytics to track customer engagement and conversion rates effectively. • Develop a framework for continuous A/B testing to optimize marketing content and distribution strategies. • Lead initiatives to improve customer experience across all digital platforms and build brand loyalty. • Establish partnerships with external media and digital platforms for extended reach and engagement. • Create and present performance reports to senior management highlighting key insights and future strategies. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all marketing communications and strategies. • Develop training programs to enhance team's skills on the latest marketing tools and platforms. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Experience: 4-7 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field, with a track record of leading successful initiatives. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems. • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve strategic goals. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to present ideas clearly and effectively. • Expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. • Innovative mindset with ability to stay updated on industry trends and apply them to marketing strategies. • Effective project management capabilities with ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
