Do you have a track record of influencing teams to deliver step-change performance? Are you skilled at turning data into action and inspiring operational excellence?
As a Performance Improvement Lead (PIL) at our 24/7 Runcorn site, you’ll partner with Packaging Team Leaders to deliver measurable improvements in OEE, changeovers, and waste reduction — while developing your own leadership potential with a clear path to Area Manager.

You’ll partner with Packaging Team Leaders (PTLs) to embed a culture of Zero Stops, Zero Waste, and continuous improvement. This role is about real influence — shaping behaviours, improving processes, and ensuring changes stick.
