All you need is a High School diploma or equivalent required with experience in Performance Improvement preferred. We will teach you the rest! A Day in The Life as a Performance Improvement Specialist As a Performance Improvement Specialist, you will ensure that quality care is being provided to the children and families that we serve. This will include file review, auditing, and electronic verification. This work is policy and procedure based with feedback back to case managers and leadership. This position conducts training on audit criteria and builds cooperative relationships with case teams.
