We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Performance and Insight Business Analyst to join our Performance and Insight Team. In this role, you will provide high-quality data analysis, turning complex information into meaningful business intelligence to support clinical teams and inform key decision-making. Using tools like Power BI and Excel, you will extract, interpret, and present data to monitor performance and drive service improvements.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with large datasets, and collaborating with a range of stakeholders across the NHS. Whether you’re looking for the next step in your career or a new challenge, we offer a supportive environment where you can develop your skills and make a real impact.
If you’re ready to be part of an organisation that values innovation and continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you!

To liaise with external and internal teams in the collation and provision of data and data analysis.
To centrally create and make available detailed and highly accurate reports and analyses of clinical data sets to a range of clinical services staff and managers across the Division.
To make use of appropriate reporting systems, currently including Power BI and MS Excel.
To continually develop, design and refine reporting frameworks to support the needs of the Trust.
Ensure all local, regional, and national performance reports that the clinical services are required to submit are completed and returned to deadline.
To provide appropriate comparative information to support performance improvement, e.g. using benchmarking tools and resources such as productivity metrics.
Just as we care about our patients’ wellbeing, we care about yours!
