Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Performance Insights Manager at Kmart, you will:

Your responsibilities include:

  • Partner with stakeholders to define and measure business-critical KPIs and performance frameworks.
  • Develop strategic dashboards and reporting tools to monitor end-to-end business performance.
  • Lead the evolution of insights platforms using best practices in data visualisation and user experience.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of self-serve insights tools across the business.
  • Create and execute strategies for automated, real-time actionable insights tailored to business needs.
  • Enable proactive decision-making by surfacing timely and relevant performance signals.
  • Provide coaching and development for direct reports.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and data storytelling within the team.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL HAVE:

  • Experience leading or working as part of a team focused on creating strategic insights that lead to business transformation & outcomes.
  • The ability to review processes, recommend improvement strategies and drive change.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in optimizing store processes.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with store teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience leveraging analytics tools, including SQL, PowerBI or python highly regarded.
