Performance Intern – 3-month Internship ⚪ The opportunity: ‍ We’re looking for a curious, proactive and AI-savvy intern to join our Performance team for a 3-month summer internship. This role is designed for someone at the start of their career who wants to learn fast, experiment with AI tools, and apply them to real-world marketing challenges. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting global campaigns, while exploring how AI can improve how we work, think and deliver for clients. 🟡 What you’ll be doing: ‍ You’ll support the team across live projects, while actively exploring how AI can unlock smarter, faster and more effective ways of working: Campaign & Performance Support Assist in building and deploying email campaigns Support audience segmentation and targeting Track and report on campaign performance Contribute to campaign ideation and optimisation AI & Innovation (Core Focus) Use AI tools to improve workflows Support the creation of AI-assisted campaign assets (copy, insights, reporting) Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks or enhance outputs Test and share new AI tools, trends and use cases with the team Insights & Reporting Help generate reports and performance dashboards Turn data into clear, actionable insights Support creation of client-ready presentations and templates What we’re looking for: Strong interest in marketing, sport, entertainment or fan engagement Naturally curious about AI and how it can be applied in business Comfortable using digital tools (Excel, Google Suite; AI tools a bonus) Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset Most importantly: someone who is proactive, adaptable and excited to experiment. 🟢 What you’ll get: ‍Real exposure to global clients and campaigns Hands-on experience in a fast-growing Performance team Opportunity to develop practical AI skills in a commercial environment A front-row seat to how data, tech and creativity combine to drive growth 🔵 How to apply: ‍We want to see how you think—not just what’s on your CV.
