MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience developing and executing online marketing and advertising strategies, recommending scalable solutions to improve marketing and business strategy.
  • 3 years of experience working with advertising performance solutions on digital video/social media platforms, with experience delivering growth, return on investment, and achieving KPIs.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in customer-facing sales.
  • Broad knowledge of the ad tech industry.
  • Knowledge of the digital media landscape and dynamics, and an interest in working with AI-powered solutions for performance advertising.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills to break down complex problems into bite-sized pieces, motivating a team to support and execute on solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally to build and bring to life Google’s Performance Plan in DACH, focusing on direct response YouTube/Display Media (e.g. DemandGen campaigns).
  • Lead the execution and work directly with our top customers to ensure their success in the Future of Performance Marketing using the full Google suite of performance-based marketing tools, especially Display/YouTube. Conceptualize, pitch and execute solutions that drive client success.
  • Develop and execute high-impact programs and localize strategy content across DACH, to advance our product adoption directly, and scale through our Sales teams. Review and interpret business generation and key KPI development, and review program success.
  • Become the subject matter expert in Display/Video solutions for Performance by Google and our competitors, for other specialists, our leadership, and our wider Sales teams.
