CommBank’s Chief Operating Office (COO) Division is looking for a Performance Lead to join and contribute to our COO business Improvement and Enablement centre of excellence for CBA. Every single process we execute has an impact on our customers’ lived experience. Working within Business Banking Operations, the Improvement and Enablement teams’ proposition is to enable fast, seamless and superior service for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Providing support and updates to relevant stakeholders and senior leaders; working as a key business partner.
  • Program delivery including business analysis to inform business requirements, program governance and oversight and delivery including but not limited to process re-engineering.
  • Completing data analysis focused on voice of the customer data and other key operational data points to inform future opportunities as well as validate root cause hypotheses.
  • Contributing to the development of change objectives and measures of success including designing and developing change collateral as required (e.g. presentations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) training materials, communications and reference material)
  • Using metrics to monitor progress and provide updates as required
