Performance & Learning Manager – Technology RecruitmentDubai | AED 25,000–40,000 + performance bonus

SmartChoice International is launching a new Technology Recruitment Academy and we're looking for an experienced recruitment leader to build and lead it.

This is not a traditional L&D role. We want someone who has personally built recruitment desks, billed successfully and developed junior recruiters.

You'll initially be responsible for taking 5 ambitious junior hires and developing them into high-performing technology recruiters across:

AI | Data | Cybersecurity | Cloud | Software Engineering

Focus on markets across the UAE, Europe and USA.

• You'll be responsible for:Building and delivering the recruitment academy
• Training and coaching junior recruiters
• Developing recruitment, BD and technology skills
• Setting and managing performance KPIs
• Building a high-performance recruitment culture
• Driving the cohort towards AED 600k+ revenue in the first 6 months
• Building a scalable model for future recruitment cohorts

• We're looking for:7+ years recruitment experience
• Strong technology recruitment background
• Proven billing/commercial track record
• Experience managing and developing recruiters
• Strong coaching and leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial and commercially driven mindset
• Passion for AI and modern recruitment technology
