We are looking for an Employee Experience & Engagement Specialist with a strong focus on Performance Management to enhance the way employees interact with and experience performance-related processes. This role will play a key part in driving engagement, shaping a culture of continuous feedback, and ensuring employees feel empowered and supported throughout the performance cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Performance Management Experience Design: Develop and refine performance management processes that are employee-centric, fostering a positive and engaging experience.
  • Engagement & Communication: Design and execute strategies that enhance awareness, adoption, engagement with and effectiveness of our performance management philosophy and practices.
  • Goal Setting : Design and execute an employee centric approach to goal setting which drives clarity, ownership and empowerment across the company.
  • Continuous Feedback & Coaching Culture: Promote a culture of open communication by embedding real-time feedback mechanisms and coaching best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, business leaders, and employees to gather insights, identify pain points, and implement improvements to performance management processes.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze employee feedback, engagement trends, and performance data to identify opportunities for enhancing the impact and the employee experience.
  • Technology & Innovation: Leverage digital tools (especially AI) and platforms to enhance engagement, streamline performance reviews, and create a seamless employee experience.
  • Training & Enablement: Develop and facilitate training sessions to help managers and employees navigate performance discussions effectively.
  • Change Management: Support the evolution of performance management by driving adoption of new practices and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
