Description
Develop and implement performance, compensation, benefits, and job replacement programs aligned with Bank objectives. Regularly review and enhance HR policies to improve employee experience and satisfaction. Monitor and improve the effectiveness of all HR programs across the Bank, subsidiaries, and branches. Ensure fair and competitive salaries, incentives, and rewards; conduct market benchmarking. Manage employee incentives and benefits, proposing adjustments to maintain equity and competitiveness. Conduct salary surveys, pay equity analyses, and recommend adjustments to retain talent. Oversee job descriptions, performance management, and employee development plans. Support talent management, career path development, and succession planning. Resolve employee performance obstacles in coordination with managers and relevant units. Participate in business continuity and emergency response plans to ensure operational resilience. University degree in Administrative Sciences, Banking, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in a similar role. Preferably holds a professional HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent. Full proficiency in English. Comprehensive knowledge of HR systems and procedures, including performance evaluation, job replacement, benefits, and compensation. Familiarity with Jordanian Labor Law and its applications. Good understanding of work regulations and their updates (internal and external). Proficient in computer use and various applied systems. Strong planning and organizational skills. Ability to innovate and develop HR programs. Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasion and influence skills. Presentation skills.
