Job Description
Are you passionate about driving performance and supporting teams to deliver operational excellence? We’re looking for a motivated and solutions-driven Performance Manager to join our Infrastructure & PMO Operating Unit within PPC in B+P.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, gain high-level business visibility, and play a key role in shaping the success of one of our most dynamic operating units.
Here’s what you’ll do:

PEOPLE & PROCESS

  • Be the key point of contact on project performance for OULs and Ops Directors
  • Champion upskilling across teams in tools like Workbench and Quality platforms
  • Support strategic resourcing and utilisation across the Operating Unit

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • A proactive, confident communicator with a strong working knowledge of AECOM systems and governance
  • Someone who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and can confidently work across multiple projects
  • Financially astute, with a keen eye for performance metrics and risk management
  • Detail-oriented but able to see the big picture - balancing quality with delivery

This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible position within the PPC leadership structure. You’ll work with top stakeholders, have influence over strategic project outcomes, and help shape how we drive operational success in a complex, fast-moving part of the business
If you’re ready to take the next step and make a big impact—we want to hear from you.

  • A strong grasp of AECOM financial management principles that are associated with successful project delivery
