Overview Are you a collaborator and problem solver with a passion for driving business performance? We are a global management consulting firm with a fast growing MEI region. As part of the Business Services team, you will play a key role in strengthening performance management, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting transformation initiatives across the cluster. Responsibilities In the role you will: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide performance insights and identify areas for improvement Develop and maintain MIS and reporting structures to support business decision-making Analyse data across functions and translate into actionable insights for leadership Define, track, and evolve KPIs to monitor business performance Prepare and deliver reporting packs and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) Support financial performance tracking and planning cycles Automate manual reporting processes using Excel, VBA, Power BI, or similar tools Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvement initiatives Support and track cross-functional transformation programs Contribute to ERP and digital system implementations Qualifications Your Experience will include: 5–7 years of experience in performance management, FP&A, or consulting Strong understanding of financial and operational KPIs Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Power BI or similar visualization tools Hands-on experience with analytical AI tools and emerging agentic AI capabilities, with the ability to apply them in business, reporting, or transformation contexts Experience building dashboards and automating reporting processes Exposure to automation tools (e.g., VBA, SQL, Alteryx or similar) Experience working with large datasets and data analysis Experience supporting senior stakeholders and leadership teams Proven ability to drive initiatives and implement improvements Exposure to transformation or change initiatives
