Are you a data-savvy leader with a passion for driving performance and operational efficiency? Join Balfour Beatty Living Places as a Performance Manager and lead a high-performing team at the heart of our Operational Control Hub.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead the Performance Management, Operational Control Hub, and Business Support teams.
  • Oversee KPI/SPI reporting, performance analysis, and operational insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-led decision-making and trend analysis.
  • Ensure systems, audits, and compliance processes are robust and effective.
  • Support operational teams with real-time data to enhance service delivery.
  • Champion a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and service excellence.
