Initiative’s agency scope for Nike in EMEA includes the planning, execution and implementation of multiple campaigns, their associated timelines and deliverables in line with our planning process.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with within an agency environment required.
  • Advanced/Cutting Edge knowledge of Google, Facebook, Display vendors.
  • Advanced understanding of accelerating client sales through both paid channels.
  • Demonstrable experience working on enterprise level eCommerce media accounts with large ($1m+) budgets.
  • Proven ability to understand high-level client goals and how they translate into eCommerce strategy when applied via online technologies.
  • Demonstrating critical thinking & problem solving on a daily basis.
  • Excellent presence and presentation skills.
  • Excellent writing skills with an attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities

As Performance Manager, you will have responsibility for:

  • Coordinate and optimize weekly and monthly client performance reporting
  • Continual evaluation of digital marketing strategies to identify opportunity for competitive advantage for our client.
  • Liaison between digital channel teams to help contribute towards a multi-channel performance approach/strategy.
  • Mastering, identifying and communicating trends in retail and client industries.
  • Establishing current and long-term goals and objectives performance campaigns.
  • Coordinate and optimize monthly performance ROAS forecasting
  • Lead recommendations for division of budget - accounting for media spend, agency fees, tracking fees, etc.
  • Creating and presenting case studies, POVs, etc.
  • Analysing digital channel planning budgets of assigned campaigns to identify strengths and weaknesses and ensures proper financial allocation.
  • Analysing retail sales reports.
  • Expressing differences in Media Metrics.
  • Participating in discussions on attribution, audiences and intent internally and externally.
  • Demonstrating a clear point of view on the value of D2C commerce and on the future of eCommerce for clients.
  • In close alignment with the Director of Marketplace: Manage investment plans vs monthly actuals and recommendations on investments, between INI channels and partners (Awin)
