Job Description The Performance Marketer / Channel Manager is responsible for architecting and executing Techland’s global paid media and acquisition strategies, transforming data, creativity, and precision targeting into measurable growth across platforms. This role is pivotal to Techland’s evolution into a performance-led publishing powerhouse. You will manage multi-channel marketing investments, analyze audience behavior, and deliver actionable insights that convert awareness into long-term player engagement across Techland’s franchises, including Dying Light and future IPs. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where strategic acumen meets technical mastery. You will design and optimize campaigns across major digital ecosystems, collaborating with Creative, UA, and Business Intelligence teams to craft ads that perform, emotionally and statistically. Your mission: to ensure every dollar spent drives tangible value, whether through acquisition, retention, or lifetime engagement. You will be both an analyst and a storyteller, translating performance data into human insights that inspire better creative, smarter optimization, and higher returns. You will serve as a bridge between creative intent and commercial results, building scalable frameworks that make Techland’s campaigns smarter, faster, and more effective with every iteration. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across all key channels, including Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and emerging platforms Develop multi-channel acquisition strategies that balance short-term conversion goals with long-term player growth and brand health Collaborate closely with the Creative and UA teams to produce, test, and refine high-performance ad assets tailored to each channel and audience segment Design full-funnel acquisition journeys, from awareness and engagement to conversion and reactivation Own all key performance metrics, including CAC, LTV, retention rate, CTR, and ROAS, and ensure transparent reporting and accountability across all stakeholders Partner with BI and Data Analytics teams to refine attribution models, audience segmentation, and campaign measurement Run continuous A/B and multivariate testing, evaluating the impact of creative variables, formats, and placements Manage campaign budgets and forecasts, ensuring efficient spend allocation and clear ROI visibility Create dashboards and performance summaries that translate data into actionable insights for leadership and creative partners Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm shifts, adjusting strategies in real time to maintain optimal campaign performance Work with Lifecycle and CRM teams to ensure seamless transitions between acquisition and retention campaigns Champion a culture of experimentation, iteration, and evidence-based marketing across Techland’s publishing teams Qualifications 5+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, preferably within the gaming, entertainment, or mobile app ecosystem Deep expertise in digital advertising platforms, including campaign setup, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and analytics Proven success driving measurable results across global multi-channel campaigns Strong command of data analytics and KPI modeling, with the ability to translate numbers into actionable business insights Experience managing seven-figure budgets and demonstrating cost efficiency without sacrificing scale Excellent understanding of creative optimization, knowing how visual and narrative changes influence performance metrics Strong collaboration skills, capable of working cross-functionally with Creative, BI, and Publishing leadership Fluent in English; proficiency in Polish or other languages is an advantage Nice to Have Experience with live-service game acquisition and re-engagement strategies Familiarity with tracking and attribution platforms such as Appsflyer, Adjust, or Kochava Understanding of SEO, ASO, and organic growth integrations within paid strategies Passion for testing, iteration, and continuous performance improvement Interest in how creativity, psychology, and data intersect to drive engagement Additional Information What we offer: A dedicated Buddy who will support you in your daily tasks.
