Hire Digital is seeking a Freelance Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta platforms for a client in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate is Sydney-based and understands the nuances of AHPRA-compliant advertising to ensure ethical, regulatory-compliant messaging. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Business Manager. Create targeted campaigns focused on lead generation and acquisition growth. Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies to improve lead quality. Produce compliant, compelling ad copy and creative aligned to brand and AHPRA standards. Conduct A/B testing on bidding strategies, messaging, creative formats, and landing pages. Monitor campaign pacing and performance, delivering weekly insights and optimisation actions. Track conversions using analytics platforms and ensure robust attribution setup. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on goals, timelines, and performance updates. REQUIREMENTS Must be based in Sydney, Australia, to comply with AHPRA advertising regulations. Proven track record managing performance campaigns across LI, Google & Meta. Experience working in healthcare or a regulated industry is preferred. Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with dashboards and reporting tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate performance data into action. Able to work independently and proactively in a part-time capacity.
