Description
The Role: We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can start in a fractional capacity and grow into a full-time role as the business scales. This person will own channel execution, strategy, and client servicing, with a strong focus on Meta and TikTok performance marketing. Responsibilities: Lead and execute paid acquisition campaigns, primarily on Meta and TikTok, with additional involvement in Google Ads. Develop and manage end-to-end performance strategy, including planning, optimization, reporting, and insights. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and strategic guidance. Analyze performance data using dashboards, MMPs (for mobile), and internal tools to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project management and campaign delivery. Requirements: Proven experience managing paid social campaigns, especially on Meta (must-have) and TikTok (nice-to-have). Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, attribution, and optimization. Comfortable working with analytics dashboards, MMPs, and project management tools. Excellent English communication skills; location flexible within LatAm. Ability to operate autonomously, take ownership, and grow into a full-time leadership role.
