Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Analyst to join our Media & Analytics team. This role is integral to analyzing campaign data across traditional and digital media, assessing website performance, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. As a fully embedded team member, you will manage datasets, develop measurement plans, and deliver high-quality insight reports to optimize media and marketing strategies.
Essential Functions

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Gather, analyze, interpret, and present online and offline performance data and KPIs to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights, including data modeling.
  • Monitor and flag anomalies in sales funnel metrics and KPIs for further investigation.
  • Dataset Management:
  • Collaborate with the team to develop, manage, and maintain datasets.
  • Ensure data accuracy and speed of reporting by integrating multiple data sources.
  • Media and Campaign Collaboration:
  • Partner with media, strategy, digital, creative, and account teams to define and execute measurement plans.
  • Assist in determining campaign structures and tracking dimensions for granular analysis.

Tagging and QA:

  • Develop and implement tagging strategies in collaboration with media and analytics developers, using tools like Google Tag Manager.
  • Validate, test, and debug tracking implementations to ensure accurate data capture.

Dashboard Development:

  • Design and maintain reporting templates (MS PowerPoint and Google Slides) and client-facing dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.

Optimization and Strategy:

  • Use data-powered insights to craft optimizations and testing plans for the cross-functional teams to improve user journey success.
  • Support A/B and multivariate testing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in analytics and reporting processes, recommending enhancements to leadership.

Industry Expertise:

  • Stay informed on performance media metrics, digital analytics best practices, and emerging trends in marketing and technology.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in performance media, digital analytics, or data analytics.
  • Knowledge of performance media metrics and measurement across traditional and digital channels.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
  • Experience with SQL and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage).
  • Working knowledge of media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms.
  • Knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies and tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
