The Growth Marketing team is tasked with driving new subscriber acquisition & driving Disney Streaming’s profitability business objectives for Disney+ and The Disney Bundle. The team is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel. What You Will Do: Conduct in-depth analyses of competitor financials, business models, and market positioning Research competitor content releases and assess their impact on consumer behavior and sign-up trends Build financial/market models in Excel to evaluate business opportunities and risks Synthesize findings into clear, visually compelling presentations for cross-functional stakeholders Track and summarize industry developments, including earnings calls, M&A activity, and new product launches Conduct focused, ad-hoc analyses to answer strategic business questions and support cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and analytics Leverage analytical findings to support data-driven marketing and content strategy decisions Required Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, or a data related field Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, data manipulation, etc.) and PowerPoint Ability to analyze complex data, extract insights, and communicate findings clearly Experience conducting industry/market research and competitor benchmarking Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with sharp attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Education: Currently enrolled as a Graduate level student pursuing a graduate degree in Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics.
