  • Permanent, 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm)

We are now seeking a passionate and data driven Performance Marketing Coordinator - Affiliates to join our Performance Marketing team.
The successful candidate will play an integral role supporting the management of our affiliate programme and working closely with our affiliate network provider and key partners to ensure our affiliate channel is achieving targets/KPIs. This role is perfect for someone wanting to pursue a career in performance marketing.
We are based at our head office in Lytham St Annes but our teams are currently operating a hybrid way of working which can be discussed further at interview.

Responsibilities
  • Be the day-to-day contact for our affiliate partners, working closely with them to review and optimise our visibility on affiliate sites
  • Develop and manage the Affiliate Promotional Plan, requesting media decks and negotiating tenancy packages to promote our offers and support key campaign periods, such as Black Friday, Christmas and Valentine’s Day
  • Coordinate and execute our calendar of affiliate promotions and offers, working closely with partners during campaign periods to ensure alignment and success
  • Report on performance and share key learnings to internal stakeholders post-campaign
  • Pro-actively seek out new partnership opportunities to diversify the publisher mix and review publisher requests to join our programme
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on performance of the affiliate channel
  • Collaborate with teams in the department and across the business to align affiliate marketing with wider priorities and objectives
