We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Performance Marketing Director to lead and scale our digital marketing performance initiatives in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth, customer acquisition, and revenue performance. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical marketing leader with deep experience in paid media, conversion optimization, marketing analytics, and campaign performance management. This position requires a strong understanding of modern digital marketing channels and the ability to manage high-impact campaigns while leading cross-functional collaboration with marketing, analytics, and product teams.
