You’ll work from Jaspr House alongside a small, creative, fast-moving team. The Role As our Performance Marketing Director, you will: Architect, run, and scale our Meta + YouTube ad funnels — from cold awareness through to remarketing and post-purchase retention. Translate our brand angles (sleep, mold, allergies, wellness) into ad campaigns that perform. Deploy significant ad spend profitably, with a relentless focus on CAC, ROAS, MER, and filter ARR growth. Collaborate with our content team to test creative hooks, storytelling formats, and new ad angles. Own remarketing strategy across FB + YouTube (awareness → consideration → conversion). Build reporting that is clear, actionable, and tied to true business outcomes. What You’ll Have Day One A massive library of content ready to test (video, UGC, storytelling). A content team who can produce more on demand. A product that’s already scaling organically, with proven demand and strong customer reviews. A clear mission: turn creative and content into profitable growth and recurring ARR. What We Expect From You You’ve managed 7-figure+ Meta + YouTube ad spend in the last 12–18 months. You think in funnels, not just ads — customer awareness, consideration, conversion, retention. You know how to scale cold traffic and convert warm traffic with the right creative mix. You’re as comfortable pulling levers in Ads Manager as you are thinking strategically about the customer journey. You move fast, test relentlessly, and make clear calls on what to kill or scale. Bonus: experience in DTC wellness, consumer hardware, or subscription/ARR models.
