Job Description Job Title: Performance Marketing & E-commerce Executive Location: Ujjain Experience: 2–4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing & E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify/Woo Commerce platforms, and performance analytics. The role requires a strong focus on lead generation, return on ad spend (ROAS), and continuous campaign optimization. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. Manage and maintain e-commerce stores on Shopify and/or Woo Commerce. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve conversions and ROI. Create basic marketing creatives using Canva for advertisements, social media, and promotional campaigns. Track key performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports and insights. Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Coordinate with the sales and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Manage product listings, promotions, and website updates on e-commerce platforms. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing and E-commerce Management. Strong hands-on experience with: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) Google Ads Shopify and/or Woo Commerce Basic proficiency in Canva for creating marketing creatives. Good understanding of Google Analytics, campaign tracking, and performance reporting. Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, audience targeting, and ROAS optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and reporting abilities. Performance Targets Generate 20–30 qualified inquiries/leads per day. Achieve and maintain a minimum 3x ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) within 90 days. Continuously improve campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel. Understanding of customer acquisition funnels and e-commerce growth strategies. Experience in scaling paid campaigns while maintaining profitability. Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.
