Responsibilities
  • Launches and optimises High-Voltage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms, all tailored to energise Rooms and Event Performance.
  • Supports the planning and execution of Electrifying hospitality and event campaigns that drive bookings, awareness, and Unmatched Guest Engagement.
  • Monitors campaign performance daily and fine-tunes strategies in Real Time to exceed FIVE’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and conversions.
  • Partners with the Creative, Marketing, and E-Commerce Teams to Align on campaign objectives, content delivery, and cross-platform synergies.
  • Analyses campaign outcomes and delivers Dynamic Performance Reports packed with actionable insights, fuelling Continuous Optimisation.
  • Assists with content updates across FIVE’s Digital Ecosystem, including website pages and landing experiences, to ensure Seamless User Journeys.
  • Supports media buying initiatives by coordinating with External Vendors and Partners, ensuring Efficient execution and budget Precision.
  • Champions Brand Consistency and Premium Guest Experience across all digital touchpoints, amplifying FIVE’s Disruptive identity in every interaction.
